Author's Kit - For ACM Proceedings
Please follow the steps below to prepare for the manuscripts to be presented
published in the proceedings of the workshop.
1. Register for the workshop
- Please follow the instructions in the
registration page to register for the workshop.
IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have
successfully registered.
- After you have registered for the workshop, you will be sent an upload
location within 2-3 business days. At the upload location, you will be asked to
submit your paper either in WORD, WordPerfect or LaTex format.
- Please Note: Your registration may take up to 48 hours to process,
so please do not expect the upload web address immediately. If you do not
receive the upload location within 3 days, please contact
ICST registration.
- One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all
authors are students.
- One registration covers two papers of those authors who have multiple
papers accepted.

- Final manuscripts must be submitted by July 11, 2006.
- Papers not uploaded by this date will not be included in the workshop proceedings.
Final Manuscripts Page Limit and Format
- Please format your paper according to ACM standard guidelines. Use the
templates available from ACM for Word, WordPerfect, and
LaTeX.
- Regular papers are allowed up to 8 pages and short papers are allowed up
to 4 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
- Extra page cost of USD$100 will be charged per page in excess of the above
limits. The extra pages charge should be sent along with the registration form.
